We use the ERAS application and participate in the National Residency Match Program.  Our application deadline is September 15; we interview during the months of October and November.  We generally have four interview days and interview 5-6 candidates each day. The interview day starts with an overview of the program, followed by individual interviews with the Fellowship Program Director, Associate Fellowship Program Director, and the current fellows, and concludes with a facilities tour.
